- Any orders that do not meet the maximum or minimum quantities as outlined above will be held, and contact made to amend order.

- As usual, all orders are eligible for 30 day returns, but orders placed under this discount code will incur a £3.50 admin fee to cover shipping and handling costs. We hope the level of discount offered outweighs this minor charge, unfortunately it is not feasible to include free returns with this offer.

- For the purpose of returning part of a multi order purchase (see link here). Usual discount amounts will be doubled to avoid the situation of negative refund amounts arising.

- In the instance that the discount code to apply 40% discount is not added when completing checkout by mistake. Upon request by the customer, the "lost" discount will be refunded onto a gift card only.
