Terms & Conditions
- Orders must been returned within 30 days of purchase date
- Orders returned between 30 - 60 days after purchase date will be refunded minus £10 admin charge.
- Items must be in their original condition when returned
- Express & International Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
- You will be given a set of return options via Royal Mail. All options are free, and include (*Requires Printer):
- Home collection
- Drop off at Post Office
- Print your own label*

Returning part of a multi item purchase
When you purchase 2+ items through our site, you will automatically receive a % discount as follows:
2 items: 20%
3+ items: 40%
If you return part of your order, whereby the total number of items you keep drops into a lower % discount bracket, we reserve the right to alter the refunded amount to take into account the new total order % discount amount, this can result in the refund amount being less than the amount originally paid for the item at the higher discount rate.
We will only apply this in cases when it is clear our discounts & free returns have been misused to acquire one or two items at full 40% discount. Simply annotating your return slip with reason for return is good enough proof that item's don't fit/aren't suitable.
Please see example below:
Customer purchases 5 items, each priced at £20. The basket total is £100.
The customer gets an automatic 40% discount on their order as per the rates above, resulting in a final price of £60, with each price at £12 (£12x5 = £60)
The customer returns 3 items, this takes there new order total to 2 items, which attracts 10% discount. Their new cart total after discount is £36 (£40 - 10%)
The difference between the two cart totals is the refund amount, in this case £60 - £36 = £24
In this example, the actual refund amount will be £24, rather than the original item cost of £36. This is an example only, an actual amounts will vary depending on items in your basket.
